At the time of setup, if any visible or functional defect is detected in the device by our Tech Advisor, the product will be replaced instantly.
This policy applies only when the installation is done by our Tech Advisor at the time of delivery.
For any issues discovered within 7 days from the date of purchase (excluding physical or liquid damage), our team will coordinate service support through brand-authorized service centers.
This includes pickup coordination, service escalation, and real-time updates for a hassle-free experience.
As all devices are unboxed and activated in the presence of the customer, we do not offer returns once installation is complete.
In cases where the customer chooses self-installation, no return or refund will be possible. However, our team will still assist with handholding support and coordination with the brand’s authorized service centers.
Still in case the customer chooses to return the purchased device in exchange of a device with superior specs, the value of return exchange will be at mint condition refurbished rates only which will be lower than the fresh device rates, amount varying from model to model.
For technical concerns beyond 7 days, customers are encouraged to contact the brand’s authorized service center directly. Our support team will still be available to guide and facilitate as needed.
