When available, our trained Tech Advisors will:
Deliver the smartphone personally
Assist with device setup, app installation, and data transfer
Conduct a compatibility check with your needs
Ensure the device is functioning flawlessly before leaving
Once your order is ready, our Tech Advisor will call you for scheduling an appointment for product delivery along-with unboxing, setup and data transfer.
If you’re unavailable at the time of appointment, our team will attempt a second delivery by reaching out to reschedule another appointment at your convenience. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled or returned to the warehouse.
