At Fabfone, we aim to redefine your smartphone shopping experience—not just through curated device recommendations and expert-led setup, but also with reliable and transparent delivery services that prioritize your convenience and satisfaction.


📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across select cities and serviceable pin codes in India. To check whether your location is eligible, please use the Pincode Serviceability Checker on the product page or at checkout.


🕒 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote Locations: 5–7 working days (subject to availability)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics disruptions.


🚀 Expert-Led Delivery & Setup

Unlike traditional platforms, Fabfone doesn't just deliver boxes—we deliver experiences.
When available, our trained Tech Advisors will:

  • Deliver the smartphone personally

  • Assist with device setup, app installation, and data transfer

  • Conduct a compatibility check with your needs

  • Ensure the device is functioning flawlessly before leaving


📄 Making an appointment

Once your order is ready, our Tech Advisor will call you for scheduling an appointment for product delivery along-with unboxing, setup and data transfer.


Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of appointment, our team will attempt a second delivery by reaching out to reschedule another appointment at your convenience. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled or returned to the warehouse.


💼 Delivery Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹10,000/-

  • A nominal delivery fee may apply for orders below the minimum threshold or in special service zones.
